These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of beguti.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Beguti, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("Beguti", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. We currently sell and ship to the United States only.

2. Our products are not medical advice

Beguti products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider. Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition or have a medical procedure scheduled. Read the label and follow the suggested use. Individual results vary.

3. Product information and pricing

We try to describe our products and prices accurately. Colors and images may vary slightly from the actual product. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we'll contact you and you can confirm or cancel the order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in the order. We may limit quantities per customer. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged on each billing date until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date. The full terms are in our subscription policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy. Both are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time.

8. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, message or other content, you confirm that it's truthful, that it's based on your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or off-topic, but we don't remove reviews just because they are negative.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Beguti name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its security or operation, scraping it, submitting false information or fake reviews, reselling our products without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (such as payment, subscription and review providers) and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these Terms or required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beguti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beguti harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted. The date at the top shows the latest version.
