Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and your tracking link shows the estimated delivery date. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Subscription orders

Subscription renewals are processed on your billing date and ship according to the same timelines. The $50 free shipping threshold applies to each order.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at support@beguti.com as soon as possible. We can only update orders that haven't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, see our refund policy. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
